Eleven members of Grace recently attended a day-long workshop to learn more about Conflict Management Strategies. Pastor Fred Darbonne led the workshop and provided a folder of useful information. One of the goals of the workshop was to better equip Grace Church to perform a sort of triage in the event of a conflict crisis. While none of those attending feel “expert” after their day of instruction, each came away with a better understanding of conflict and some basic tools to employ as needed.
